Join us for a session on navigating organizational change:
Waves of change keep coming, and HR professionals are often called on to help organizations navigate them successfully. In this lively, practical session, we’ll explore how people experience change and what helps them move through it. We’ll look at ways HR can strengthen sponsors and managers, address resistance, and help new ways of working stick. Most importantly, we’ll consider how HR can build change capability across the organization without becoming responsible for doing it all.
Our speaker, Jeff Oltmann:
Jeff Oltmann is a seasoned project and portfolio management leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations turn strategy into results. He is Principal Consultant at Synergy Professional Services, serves on the graduate faculty at Oregon Health & Science University, and previously served on the executive staff at IBM. Jeff is also a certified Project Management Professional.
