Each of these agencies implemented Paid Leave Oregon in different ways – adopted the plan through the State of Oregon, equivalent plan through a 3rd party vendor, internal administration with an equal to or better plan than the State of Oregon. Three years into it, agencies may be evaluating their options for administering Paid Leave Oregon. This panel will share about their agency, the “whys” for their implementation plan, and what has worked/not worked with the path they chose.
