Oregon OSHA recently adopted changes to its penalty structure and scheduling of comprehensive inspections with the passing of SB 592, which became effective January 1, 2024. Jennifer Stewart, Technical Specialist and Greig Lowell, Consultation Manager at OR-OSHA will present an overview of SB 592, which revamped Oregon OSHA workplace inspections, investigations and fines, and go over the Oregon OSHA’s revised penalty structure and new comprehensive inspections.
