Are you prepared for the changes that SB 1515 will have on OFLA and PLO on July 1?   PSHRA has partnered with BOLI again to provide a deeper dive on how Paid Leave Oregon, OFLA and SB 1515 interact to reduce the amount of stacking available to employees. This workshop will get into the nuts and bolts of the new changes and how employers can interpret the leave laws, update their policies and to address these changes. Send in your questions and scenarios in advance and we will forward to the presenter to discuss during the presentation.
