Join us for a workshop on costing your collective bargaining proposals. We all know that management math and union math can be two completely different things and knowing how much our proposals cost can set us up for success in bargaining. In this workshop, you will learn the importance of costing your proposals, the power of the 1%, common mistakes and pitfalls (from experience!), and tips and strategies to getting the most from your collective bargaining dollar. Get your two screens ready, and bring your proposals and spreadsheets, and share your scenarios to follow along!
