Now that Paid Leave Oregon is live, we are bringing you the experts to discuss how things are working.  Paid Leave Oregon staff will provide detailed information for employers on the program, how employers can help employees access this important resource, and answer your specific questions about Paid Leave Oregon. BOLI will also provide an update on how Paid Leave Oregon, OFLA and FMLA interplay. After a brief overview of the basics on Paid Leave Oregon, the workshop will get into the nuts and bolts of how Paid Leave Oregon works and all these leave laws “fit” together. Send in your questions and we will forward to the presenters in advance. BOLI will send out a questionnaire to guide their presentation content.
