When conflict arises around sensitive social justice issues, values, or work style, how do you react? Do you seek to deescalate the situation, provide space for the parties to work it out, or address it head on? When conflicting viewpoints escalate and then remain unaddressed, they fester until a new boiling point is inevitably reached. This session will cover several types of uncomfortable workplace conflicts and effective approaches for HR and leaders to address these situations so that a new state of belonging can be reached.
