Thank you for your patience with us as we learn the new elections feature of our website!

Two emails went out this morning with bad (or no) links in them.  We would love your vote in the board of directors election, so please make sure you're logged in, go to the members tab, and select "Elections and Polls."

Due to the efficiencies and costs of payment processing, the Oregon chapter uses a system of online payments for new and renewal memberships, fees for training seminars, and online posting of jobs. Online payments are processed via the chapter website.

Under policies adopted by the Chapter board, payments by check may only be allowed for matters of an unusual and urgent nature and payment requests must be approved in advance by the Treasurer.

Oregon chapter members have approved changes to the chapter bylaws during the election period that ended yesterday. Although only 16 percent of the chapter members voted in the election, the votes cast in favor of the bylaws amendments were a record turnout. More votes were cast in the election this year than in the previous elections during the last 10 years.  Certification of results

Thanks to all members who did participate. Board director elections will be held later this year based on the changes approved yesterday.

Approved bylaws are available from the following link:
