Clatsop County is seeking one HR professional to lead a three-person HR department and collaborate with leadership to achieve and maintain an inclusive, professional and respectful work environment. The HR director reports to the county manager and is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in the county including all HR programs, participating and/or leading management's bargaining teams, and serving as a member of the county's executive management team.

Salary Range: $101,260 - $136,999 annually
